Hi Prim Girls,
I loved Christmas time and would like to decorate simple and elegant, with a colonial feel. You know what I mean with the minimum possible decoration, just a touch here and there. But when you have children you have to decorate for them too and make the Christmas a little fun and cheerful for them. I try to balance my tastes and their preferences, although I always use white lights in my trees, I tried to put color in the decoration through the house. I am not finished yet but here some pictures...
I know, already put a lot of pictures but who of us does not like to see pictures, LOL. I hope you enjoyed them.
Bye, bye and see you soon,
Eve
Oh my gosh...I'm drooling!! You make it look so elegant. I just found one of those little stoneware Santas the other day and scooped him right up. I love so many things about your decor...the books in the old baskets, your pewter displayed so wonderfully, your crocks. And all that candlelight. Splendid!!
ReplyDeleteBreathtaking~ love the colonial decorating I say you captured it's beauty~
ReplyDeleteWonderful talent!!!

Everything looks so comfy and cozy. I love the simplicity of it all!
ReplyDeleteI am finding myself in the same situation. We are to be away for Christmas, therefore, I was not going to put up any decoration for Christmas... but I have young children too and will be at least getting a tree out and decorated.
ReplyDeleteI love, love the pics you shared of your home.
TFS. Beautiful.
