Today, I was at an appointment with my little kid and then make a stop at Panera Bread to buy Cinnamon Crunch to eat with a hot coffee. But, when I entered in my driveway I saw a huge box in my front porch. I ran to pick up my box because I knew who send it to me, of course, I forgot the bread and the coffee. The most important thing to me in that moment was the box and I almost die when I opened it.
Do you have any idea of what items are in the box? or Who send it? NOOOOO..... This is my "Olde Fashioned Christmas Swap" and my partner was Char Sethman from The Pickled Pepper Patch. I am telling the truth when I said , I almost die, I was shaking all the time when I opened this box. I was so excited thinking what items will be included in this swap. Look at the items that she send to me, everything was handmade by Char and everything in that box is beautiful and smells so good.
All the day , I was thinking if I started with Christmas decor or Thanksgiving items but when I opened this box my decision was made....... CHRISTMAS in November. This swap should be include the following items....
1 Wooden Item
Sign was made with an old cupboard door. (I am in love with this piece. I have the right place for this awesome sign)
1 Smell good item
Char include me 1 dozen of tarts
1 Lighted item
1 Wild card item
Well , what do you think??? You see why I almost died. It is more than I expected. Char, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Soon, I will share with you my Christmas pictures with all of these items.
Also, Today is Watcha Working on Wednesday at Leslie's blog http://sweets-mycountryhome.blogspot.com/ and I was working on this item early in the morning. This will be a new piece for one of my baths.
Bye and see you soon, Evelyn
